I have done so many things in my career that has given me great learnings, both from successes and failures. It’s now time for me to share my experience with others. The overall objective is to develop and improve and ultimately increase the success and competitiveness of individuals and organizations.

What I'm all about
​
The second one is, it’s all about change. In all the organizations I’ve worked in thru my career it has been almost constant changes. As a HR professional you are in the mist of it all the time. Many of the changes I’ve worked with has been restructuring and because of that Reduction In Force (RIF). “This side of the HR coin” is challenging, and I have many times asked myself why I continue to put myself in the position of delivering restructuring and redundancy plans? I always come to the same conclusion. “It’s a tough job but someone has to do it”, and if I do it I know I can have an impact to deliver the changes in a professional and respectful and trustful way for the ones impacted.
When I look back on my plus 30 years as a leader and manager it’s easy to see some red threads.

The first one is, it’s all about people. I get energized, inspired, and grow as a person working with other people. And I’ve been extremely lucky in my career because I’ve worked in different organizations in different roles, in different cultures, with/in different countries, and due to that with a diversity of people that I’ve got the possibility to learn from.
The third one is it’s all about communication. You can have the best plans, best structure, best ideas but if you fail communicating them you will lose momentum and most likely the result will be disappointing. To use different ways of communication tools and to follow up on perception is one of the most important keys of leadership.
My overall objective is to develop, improve and ultimately increase the success and competitiveness of individuals and organizations.

Case study
Leadership development at Rowico Home
The mission was to develop the management team's members in areas such as self-knowledge, cooperation, psychological safety and security, communication, conflict management, delegation, etc. The long-term goal is that the management team continues to develop Rowico Home as an organization within, changeability, well-being and efficiency and thus also increased profitability. 4YOU2 AB created on behalf of Rowico Home's CEO Jessica Hammargren a program that extendsover 4 months with 4 full days and a 1 follow-up day as below:​​

Day 1
Get to know your driving forces and motives
A survey was done by using the dialogue tool SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory). What similarities and differences exist among the members of the group. Does my self-image match my colleagues' image of me. How do we make the best use of our various strengths?​​
Day 2
Basics leadership
We talk about and practice practical communication, decision making, feedback, ethics & morals, etc.
Day 3
Teams development
We are talking about various Team development theories. We create rules on how to interact for our team. We discussed Rowico's meeting processes etc.​​
Day 4
Developing others
We practice and discuss topics such as empowerment, delegation, coaching, mentoring, psychological safety and security. We create a prioritized plan for how we as a management team can make best use everything, we have learned in these 4 days to develop the organization.
Throughout the program, participants create and drive their own individual
development plan. What do I take with me from the education that I will practice, in
my daily work. How did it go, what did I learn e t c.
Throughout the program period, all Team members receive individual coaching.
By being coached individually, the Team member will get support in the
transformation of the course content into reality in the daily work. Having a person to
discuss with to dare to try new behaviors, new ways of working is incredibly
important. The fact that about 70% of learning takes place at work (on the job
training) is common knowledge, so we at 4YOU2 AB consider coaching to be a very
important success factor.​​
Day 5
Follow-up
The follow-up day is created based on the needs of the participants. Feedback on work now vs then, need for repetition, a 360 survey is carried out for everyone.​​
